The MFHF GRANT Program
The Masonic Family Health Foundation annually provides grants for nonprofit organizations focusing on youth, health, education, and human services.

DEADLINE: Applications must be received before July 1.
SUBMISSION: Email your application to GrantApplication@MasonicFamilyHealthFoundation.org
then MAIL your application and all supporting documents to:
